1. Definitions

• "Account" means the individual membership account opened by a Member following successful registration.

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional or bonus credits that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

• "BDT" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a tck999 account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

tck999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Members via the contact details held on file. 3. Eligibility

By registering, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. tck999 may request documentary evidence of age at any point, and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension pending review.

3.2 Personal Eligibility

You may not register or use the Platform if any of the following apply:

• You are under 21 years of age.
• You are registering or acting on behalf of another person.
• You have previously had a tck999 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are subject to a self-exclusion order on the tck999 Platform.
• Participating in online gaming activities is prohibited under the laws applicable to your location.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration

To access the full range of tck999 Services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, complete, and current at all times.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one tck999 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tck999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your membership. This verification is required before withdrawals are processed and may be requested at any time for compliance purposes. 4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tck999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tck999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tck999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as selected bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your tck999 account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. tck999 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. tck999 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three hours of submission during normal operating hours, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements. tck999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing withdrawal funds. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the tck999 account holder.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the tck999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). tck999 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Funds deposited in BDT will be held in BDT and paid out in BDT.

5.5 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to deposit funds using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to the relevant authorities. tck999 cooperates fully with financial institutions and law enforcement in the investigation of fraudulent transaction activity.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

tck999 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn but may be used to place qualifying bets on the Platform.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

tck999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close any account where it reasonably believes a Member is abusing promotional offers. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's account balance. tck999 is under no obligation to notify Members in advance of bonus expiry.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7.4 Void Bets and Settlements

tck999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a technical malfunction. In sports betting, events cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the specified settlement timeframe may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.2 Suspension or Closure by tck999

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, tck999 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tck999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of tck999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express written consent of tck999.

Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of the Platform or its content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tck999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
